James “Jim” Carvin began investing in real estate in 1989, and by 2006 he had income properties across the United States, including Hawaii. 18 years ago, after a long career in electronics, Jim began his real estate profession. He was awarded TOP PRODUCER status at Tarbell, Realtors in Yorba Linda, and at Power Brokers in the City of Orange. He has also worked with First Team Real and with MGR Commercial Real Estate. Now Jim is a Broker Associate with TNG Real Estate in Fullerton, California.
